School Description:

The goal of Wegner's School of Taxidermy is to offer high quality training in the field of taxidermy. The curriculum includes a week each for deer head taxidermy, bird taxidermy, turkey taxidermy, and small mammal taxidermy, plus two weeks for fish taxidermy. The school was first approved by the EAB on February 22, 2005.

The school expects to serve the average hunter/fisherman who wants to learn the art of taxidermy for the purpose of preserving their own trophies. The school also hopes some students will want to apply their skills professionally, and possibly operate their own taxidermy business.
