Jenstar Yoga’s 200-hour Teacher Training program is a foundational program rooted in Patanjali’s Ashtanga yoga (the eight limbs). With an emphasis on the limb of asana, primarily vinyasa flow, this training will provide students with the knowledge, practice, and experience to become inspiring, creative, and knowledgeable teachers. This training is open to all students who would like to become certified teachers or who wish to deepen their personal yoga practice. Jenstar Yoga Teacher Training was created to provide quality instruction of Vinyasa Yoga in a nurturing atmosphere for both the in-depth study and practice of yoga. We help students build their skills to develop and refine their personal practice and find their unique voice as a confident yoga teacher.
