LifePower’s Yoga Teacher Training program is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, and offered within the Life Time Athletic facility in Brookfield. The 200-hour program is described as going beyond the practical yoga skills and the understanding of the principles and practice of Ashtanga/Vinyasa to the empowering personal journey of self-love. The program’s linage is designed by Jonny Kest, Director of Yoga Teaching Training and is a national program offered in multiple Life Time fitness facilities throughout the United States. The program is typically offered twice a year during the evenings and weekends, and the maximum class size is thirty students. LifePower does not employ individual to recruit students. Upon completion students receive a certificate and may register as a RYT with Yoga Alliance if they choose.
