Yoga on the Lake’s (YOTL) 200-hour teacher training program (RYT-200) offers a unique experience and education for yoga students. In the YOTL’s program, students will receive hands-on experience and constructive feedback from the school’s team of Experienced Registered Yoga Teachers (E-RYT). YOTL’s teacher training program will enable students teach an intelligent, safe, and grounded Vinyasa yoga class that is accessible to all levels of practitioners. Students will receive practical teaching experience, anatomy education, yoga philosophy, and ethics. YOTL will support students in their goals and prepare graduates to teach with confidence and find their authentic voices.
